About the project

These projects involved the design, fabrication, transportation and installation of high quality modular buildings constructed on engineered steel chassis in Perth for deployment to remote mining and resource sector operations throughout regional Western Australia.

These modular facilities were purpose built to support mining camp infrastructure, operational functionality, workforce welfare and site services. Each module is manufactured under controlled workshop conditions to ensure quality, safety, transport compliance and deployment to harsh regional environments.

The project scope includes transportable modular buildings such as:-

  • Crib Rooms
  • Ice Rooms
  • Operations Centre
  • Ablution Blocks
  • Utility and Service Modules
  • Administration and Site Offices
  • Lunch Rooms and Amenities

Each module was engineered to perform reliably in cyclonic and high wind regions while maintaining structural integrity during heavy haulage transport to remove mining operations.  The steel chassis system is designed to accommodate repeated lifting, transportation and relocation where operational requirements demand
