Alan Bourke Real Estate

Alan Bourke and his staff were looking for a high quality fit out of their new premise to promote their business to their clients.  The premises were originally Galaxy Video, so needed to be upgraded to suit modern offices.

The scope included new amenities, including disable amenities, dedicated server room and offices for staff.  The kitchen and boardroom were divided by a folding wall to open the area up for functions.  The fridge was built into a cupboard to keep everthing neat.

There was also an open plan area for the Sales Staff.

A new soffit lining was installed above the entrance using a mini orb finish.

The finish of the building had to be practical and comply with the latest BCA regulations.  This was achieved on budget and within the timeframe.
